Sainsbury is 5min. away by bus.The house is all furnished with wooden floor all coms it is a duplex which I will break down in detail. Great communications to the city (central district and hammersmith line) In the ground floor we have got a big and spacious living room main point of meeting for all our community (a couple from southern spain 24 years paula spanish from madrid and Antonio from Madrid spain your potential room mate Great window bringing so much light to the house. Also a big Tv. There is a large kitchen with wasing machine fridge kettle and all you can imagine. The first bathroom out of the 2 we have got is downstairs too simple but useful bearing in mind we are 5 living here. Up in the first floor all the 3 rooms the one to share is very spacious and comes with all is needed (big wardrobe desk etc The second bathroom with shower is upstairs. Everybody is extremely friendly ejoying to have dinner together that is essential for the house. ) We also have a weekly roster that each one needs to respect so our house is always clean tidy and shiny. By the way I forgot to mention our lovely patio on the front door. With all honesty you do not want to miss out this first class chance. you will regret )
